Shipping policy
After placing your order with Adventure Heat you will receive an email confirming your purchase from our secure payment gateway eWAY, PayPal or Zip. This email will contain your order details (if you have provided your email address). Your order should be confirmed within a few minutes after payment is received. Once your order is ready and allocated for dispatch you will be provided with a tracking number. Whilst in transit you may use your tracking number at any time track the progress of your delivery.
Ready made items will be dispatched within five days from time of placing your order. Our delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays. The Estimated Delivery time of orders is between 7-14 days after your order has been processed and shipped. Rural areas may require additional shipping time based on carriers used to ship your orders. For any delivery enquiries regarding your shipment, please contact us at sales@adventureheat.com.au.
Adventure Heat strive to meet all delivery time frames and only use reputable courier companies. In saying this there will be times when estimated delivery times are not in our control. Our customers will be notified via email if there are any delays being experienced. Adventure Heat direct will not be liable for any losses suffered or incurred due to delays in shipping. Adventure Heat will courier your order to the shipping address entered at the time of order. At the time of delivery your package must be signed for; The person who accepts and signs for the delivery is deemed by Bike Heat to be authorised to receive the goods at the shipping address allocated to your order. If a signature cannot be obtained a calling card will be left with details of how to organise receiving your order. If you choose to tick the 'Authorise order to be left without signature' box, then neither Adventure Heat nor the courier company can be held accountable for any goods not received.
Please ensure that at the time of placing your order that all information is correct, including your delivery address. Once your order has been submitted and picked up by the courier, no further changes can be made to your delivery address.
Please note that there is a maximum holding time set by the courier company and in the instance that holding time is exceeded then your order will be returned to budget blinds direct. If this occurs, then a re-delivery charge will apply, and Adventure Heat reserves the right to hold all goods until the re-delivery fee is settled in full. In this instance your original delivery charge is non-refundable.
If there is a query to your address you will be contacted via email prior to dispatch. Please note that courier companies do not call customers prior to delivery to confirm delivery times despite Adventure Heat making this request on your behalf.

In store pickup is also available and may be selected and the time of order. Pickups are available from 2/19 Stennett Road, Ingleburn NSW 2565 between the hours of 8.30am and 3.00pm Monday to Thursday. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection via email. No pickups are available outside of these hours. There is no charge for selecting in store pickup.
